About Us


Board of Directors

The ARC of Anderson County (ARC/AC) provides support and advocacy to people with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ARC/AC provides support, information and training for families and caregivers of adults and children with these disabilities.

It is the mission of the ARC/AC to ensure that all people with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in our community receive State and Federal mandated services and supports, appropriate education, are included in community activities and are respected as the individuals they are.

The ARC/AC is a United Way Agency serving people with disabilities and their families.
